The California Grocers Association’s Educational Foundation Hall of Achievement inducted Dave in 2012 as a testament to his efforts in assisting and enabling the Foundation to achieve their goals of awarding scholarships and enabling tuition reimbursement to develop the industry’s next generation of leaders.

In 2013 Dave was inducted into the Honorable Order of Golden Penguins an organization comprised of high performing individuals who have contributed to the advancement of the Frozen & Refrigerated Food Industry.

Dave received the 2015 distinguished service award from the Western Michigan University Food Marketing Program for his leadership on the Western Michigan University Food Marketing Program Board of Directors.

In 2018 Dave was inducted into the Distinguished Order of the Zerocrats, an organization of officials who have contributed to the Frozen Food industry through awards grants and scholarships to Universities across the U.S. in support of the Frozen and Refrigerated Categories.

2019 Industry Service Leadership Award, National Grocers Association - This is their highest award only given to industry suppliers and wholesalers who have gone above and beyond in contributing to N.G.A., the independent grocer and our industry.
